Having issue on installing the HBC on 3.2U

Hi All, Need help. I have a softmod Korean Wii to US 3.2U. But having NAND memory dumping issue; tehrefore I format the Wii memory.
I lost my HBC. Now I ty to installed the HBC it does not work. Try couples of methods none work.
a) HackMii => unable to install due to some vulnerable IOS.

b) Try to install by Zelda Hack.
Able to run the Zelda Hack - but unable to install the HBC after talk to the guy (from the instruction - Nothing happen).

Any other suggestion; as I also can't cleanup my Wii. I am screwed.
Pls help...
