i have had a mod chip put in my wii.
i live in canada
i have been downloading usa ntsc iso
i am using imag burn verbatim dvd-r disks
i have tried burning at 4x then max.
1 disk out of 6 would work. rather not reading
disk disk error game might start then freeze or
go to error cant read disk
i was told to copy the iso using img burn and reburn iso
this worked proving burner ok.
but my burner would only burn to 4x so i bought
new one
i downloaded new super mario brothers
thought was fine till tried playing goes to
cant read disk right away
are the iso bad or my mod chip or burning
i burnt mario brothers on max
suggested by installer of my chip

when i burnt at 2x it did not work were do you suggest i get my iso

try bitsoup. i have good luck there. try using nero. under recorder select burn image. always burn at 2x for best quality. also try to find "scrubbed" in title of game. Good luck.

I have same problem as you describe. They work for a while then get error.

Maybe something is wrong with your modchip. My suggestion is to softmod it & install some custom Backup loaders.
