HBC won't load from BootMii

I tried to update my shopchannel according to "/other-faq-guides-tutorials/96891-update-wii-shop-channel-v20.html" on wiihacks, and now I only get black screen of death when I power on. Pressing reset while hitting power on gets me to a BootMii selection screen (forgot I even installed it b/c never seen this screen before now), and editing bootmii.ini with AUTOBOOT=SYSMENU and AUTOBOOT=HBC with BOOTDELAY=5 both go to black screen of death after 5sec. What should I do???

Good news - it can be recovered as you can point bootmii at another .dol to rehack and install everything again.

The bad news is I do not knoe the ins and outs of the process
