HELP!! Lost apps folder on SD card

I recently installed netflix channel and since then my usbloader cnfg starts to boot up and counts to thirty trying to mount. I have tried moving the port and that is not the issue. Then trying to fix it I deleted the apps folder reapplying the usbloader config 6.
How do I get my apps back and get my usbloader config working again??
Also how do I get rid of the mplayer icons and usbloader config off my wii screen??
I have been out of the loop and kids wanted to play a game that would have forced update.
Help please!!

Just played mega man 9 from channel and it plays for a few minutes and freezes wii
I did follow someones directions and renamed a file dol.elf when I put the netflix on could that be causing issues??
