Help needed, Neogamma R8 installation problem..

Hi,

I have a Hard modded (Yaosm) Wii, I have just put the HBC on to it, and I am on 4.2 E Firmware, now after seeing a million types of Neogamma (which im not even sure is the best choice of software? ) i tried having ago installing r8 Final, put my apps in the root of the folder, but the wad into the wad folder of the sd card, and the other neogamma folder onto the root of the sd CARD too, when I load HBC up and select the neogamma icon, the screen just goes black and pauses on it for ages, i am sure ive missed a step or something, iv'e read a few tutorials but I cant make sense of it. ( I am wanting to use my USB hard drive for some games aswell as a few games off DVD r )

Any help would be much apprechaited.
