i hav a 4.1E black wii
i tried softmodding it but it doesn't work
the homebrew channel works but
backup launcher gamma doesn't work
neogamma doesn't work
coverfloader doesn't worK
i've tried countless cIOS installers none of them work

PLZ HELP!!

Well if you cant install any cIOS then of course neogamma and other backup launchers won't work. You need to restore the trucha bug first, then remove the stub IOS's that block the cIOS's from being installed, then install the cIOS's. Only then can you play backups.

Alright, maybe you should explain what exactly does work. You're following a guide I assume? What step are you on that's failing? And did it just fail once or does it fail every time you try it?

step 4 don't work, it failed like 3 or 4 times & now cIOS_Installer doesn't even pick up on my SD card

doesn't work at all, everything fails

Ok, the first guide you linked to is scammer shill. If you're using the software from them then I'm not at all surprised that it's not working. A lot of those sotmod packages that scammers sell are missing steps or whole programs.

The other two guides you mentioned are ok if you already know what you're doing, but they skim over important things and aren't really clear.

You should be able to start at step 3. It explains PROPERLY how to use trucha bug restorer, something that none of those guides did.
