I have a bunch of backup disks that have worked fine with my original WiiKey for a very long time. They all were burned from original ISO's that were the "standard" 4,595,776 in size.

Well, I decided to go the USB loader route so I started dumping all my backup DISKS back to ISO.

Even though these were originally burned from the proper size ISO when I dump them back from DVD->ISO they are now 3 different file sizes:

4,595,776
4,589,824
4,590,144

I am using IMGBURN to dump back to ISO's from the backups. All the backups were originally burned with IMGBURN.

Are these 3 different sizes "normal" ? The backup DVD's all worked on the Wii. Why are the NEW ISO's all different sizes? I've done multiple runs of IMGBURN and they always come out the same. About 1/2 of my 20 backups are the proper ISO size and the rest are not.

The ALL DEFINATELY started as correct size ISO's (unfortunately I didn't save the original ISO's).

When I try reading the "odd ones" with BRICKBLOCKER the "odd size" ones get an "invalid image" error and I can't get any information
from them. I am afraid to try these incorrect size images in USB loaded.
