Homebrew channel doesn't install on IOS61

Like the subject says, the hackmii installer doesn't want to instal the HBC on IOS61.
I had a clean IOS61 v4890 but since HBC wouldn't install, I reinstalled IOS61 using DopIos (without the patch, of course).
It still wouldn't install so I installed IOS61 v5405 (without the patch again) via DopIos again and the hackmii installer still says there's no vulnerable IOS.

Currently it's installed under IOS36. The problem is, if I restore IOS36, then preloader will give me problems, that's why I wanted to instal HBC on IOS61.

Does anyone have a solution?
