homebrew channel doesn't read SD-card anymore

I had a SD-card that worked fine in the homebrew channel.
It was formatted in FAT 32 and I could read the SD-card and open all the apps.

After I copied a new app into the \apps\ directory, the homebrew channel doesn't read the SD-card anymore.


I already tried copying the SD-card to my HDD on my computer, reformatting the SD-card (FAT 16 and FAT 32) and recopy the contents back to the SD-card, but still no luck.

Did I do something wrong by adding a app in the \apps\ directory?
