I don't know if these systems have any special identifier. In any case, you can always go the USB loader route.

Wait, so if I get persay a 64 GB usb drive I can just use that as methods of loading and playing my games?
If so, I think I can reconsider other methods, allthough the SD Card idea is a bit exspensive.
If it's possible can you link me some information or a direction,
Thankyou, and others in advance!

So those are the two that are A-Ok, or is the second one something to look out for.

if your Serial Number is higher than these you may have a D3-2 drive
UK
LEH2682XXXXX
EU
LEF1128XXXXX
USA / Canada
LU7012XXXXX
LU3941XXXXX
Australia
LAH1167XXXXX
UPDATE
Serial above, may have GC2-D3-2
LU1133XXXXXX
google Wii Drive Chip Database, enter the first letters and numbers of your serial. if you get a DVD drive chip return of GC2-D3-2, install the HBC and use a USB Loader app.

Is this chip information only important for hardmods/modchips?
A friend bought a new LU3882 and it looks like a GC2-D3-2 (v2), can I still do larrylje's guide?

If it has the new drive you will need to use a USB Loader. Backup disc can not be used.
