what's with the caps? you yelling?
if you're trying to play from an original, you need to use dop-mii v15 to install and update a bunch of IOSes; do NOT use modmii or pimp my wii.
then you need priiloader v0.6 to block all disc and network updates.
ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure
got a whole lot more to list . . .

An IOS is kind of like an independent operating system. Each game uses a certain IOS to run the game. If you do not have that IOS installed then the game will not play.
dop-mii v15 will scan your Wii and find out if you have any IOS's missing. Then it will allow you to install them. You run dop-mii v15 via the Homebrew Channel.
Updating the Wii officially via disc or from Nintendo can uninstall your softmod. So the safest way to install newer IOS's, is by installing the IOS's manually using WAD manager or using a homebrew app like dop-mii v15 (dop-mii v15 would be the easiest way to install missing IOS's).
That is why cee43ja1 has suggested using dop-mii V15 to install all missing IOS's and to install Priiloader, so you can set hacks to block disc and online updates to protect your softmod.
What disc loader are you using?

I think that is the latest disc loader. I have been using CFG USB Loader for a while now and haven't kept up on disc loaders. But what I can see by doing a quick search it seems NeoGamma9 is the latest.
The next step you need to try is running dop-mii v15 and install all missing IOS's.

Do you even read anything we type?
cee43ja1 and I both said to use dop-mii v15
cee43ja1 even said NOT TO USE modmii or pimp my wii.
Since you do not have a WiFi conection to the Wii then I would suggest using dop-mii v15 and write down the IOS's that are missing.
Then use NUSDownloader to download the IOS's that are missing (make sure you choose to pack the IOS as a WAD file). After that use WAD manager to install the IOS WAD files.

Hi, im in the same boat as our friend above. I did what you said about dop-mi v15, but im kinda new to all of this. How do I know which ios i will need to play COD black-ops through neogamma, or even usbloader GX would be nice? ive read tons of forums for it, but its confusing-i never get the same answer twice. Dop-mi seems to state I have Ios 249 on my wii, but it does not say which base I have-is there a guide for this? I tried NusDownloader, but it keeps saying download failed-unauthorized, or stub file? is there a guide for this somewhere? Thank you for the help-much appreciated!

all i can tell you is becareful with nus files i somehow ended up updating to 4.3 i have no idea what to do i went ahead and loaded the game through the disc channel luckily did not brick the wii at least not yet so i dont think i will be playing backups anymore because the 4.3 mod is confusing i guess my days as a wii hacker are over for now

if you want to know the base, run configurable usb loader and go into the options. dop-mii will NEVER know what base IOS249 is running.
but knowing the base of IOS249 is not the whole problem. you need to have the 4.3 system menu IOS; IOS80. that's what dop-mii is for. you install the IOS from there. if you don't have wifi, then use NUS downloader to download the EXACT version, and put it on your SD card's WAD folder.

the only way you would have ended up on 4.3 is either installing the full 4.3 system menu wad, or running a game from the disc channel with the 4.3 update. you said you didn't have wifi, so a wifi update isn't possible.
larry even gave clear instructions to write down the missing IOSes from dop-mii, and download them with NUSD.

"The latest version of wadmanager and cIOS249[57]-v19.wad"
Like I said, use the latest version. You needed at least 1.5 or above, not 1.3
This wad worked for me using CFG USB Loader.
Dont give up. The 4.3 mod is easy.
1. Get HBC on there by following the Indiana Jones guide.
2. Install IOS 236
3. Then your cIOS249 with latest revision
4. Hermes 222/223 guide for games with peripherals
Automagically!
