I HAVE COMPLETEY BRICKED IT ALL I GET WHEN I BOOT THE WII UP IS THE CORRUPTED MESSAGE PLEASE REFER TO MANUAL I DONT GET NOTHING ELSE..IAM RUINNG ON 4.2E..PLZ HELP

nobody can help you now. You shouldnt have softmodded your wii if you didnt know what you were doing. This is your failure. If you didnt back up your Nand your wii is pretty much trash. There are only two methods i know of that can probably fix your wii. One is a mod chip and two send it back to nintendo so they can unbrick it with their hardware. Savemii could work i think.

Ive Seen this on my Wii, reinstalling Priiloader worked for me, but in my case, it was already installed prior to brick. hopefully you have it installed? "Hold reset while power on to see"
if so you can try to change the ios that it loads to in priiloader menu to get past the corrupt screen, then reinstall priiloader.

.....Didnt ask for your smart arse commentz,i knew what i were doin but as alot of people did ....brick there wii using a dogdy program called preloader...for themes for the wii....anyway ive bought a bootmii key off internet for 20quid

yes larry i did the priiloader crap for themes but me beeing fast fingerd i changed setting on that black menu screen to boot wii from system and not homebrew..so i just get that message everytime i boot up now

Hold down reset while turning on the system. This should boot into Priiloader. If this is a menu theme brick reinstall the original theme that you should have backed up.

cheers larrlje that was a big help ,i were able to get bak onto priiloader...all i need to to now is to downgrade from 4.2...if iam corrected

The CORRUPTED MESSAGE could be from a few things.

A bad theme was installed, you patched IOS60/70 after installing Priiloader or a bad WAD file was isntalled.

Did this happemn after installing a WAD file?

If so use AnyTitleDeleter and delete the channel that the WAD file installed.

Did this happen after changing the menu theme?

If so did you back up the original Wii menu theme before changing it? If so then install the backup theme.

If you didn't back it up then try to Google for the 4.2 system menu theme file (of your region) and install it or use NUSD to download System menu 4.2 WAD (make sure it is your region). Then use WAD Manager to install it.

If it was due to patching IOS60/70 after Priiloader was installed then all you need to do is reinstall Priiloader again.

Downgrading from 4.2 back to 4.1 can be dangerous. I would recommend that you do not try it.

ok cheers ill try what u said ive used anytitle deleter b4 to delete iso^s .so which one am i deleting from there so i can get bk on the main wii menu..this priiloader themes thing that i did was stupid but iam learning form it

i can get on to HBC but what files do i need aswel as AnyTitleDeleter

when i look in anytitle deleter i have 4 pages of iso ranging for 0 to 250. i know that carnt be right...ive tred deleteing iso 60 and 70 and they wont delete any ideas
