How do I update cIOS and USB loader GX

I currently have cIOS 222 installer v5, cIOS38r17 installer, firmware updater 4.1, priiloader, trucha, usbloader gx, and neogamma r8 RC3* IOS249 (rev 17). I am trying to play back ups from my fat32 formatted HDD and can't. I didn't not soft mod my own wii so how do I update all of these to a working bug free fat32? I also do not have a memory card reader so if I can do this via the USB hard drive that would be ideal. I can save the game to the hard drive via usb loader, but the game goes to black screen no further. Please help

to run black ops using cfg USB loader I had to load cIOS249[57]-v19.wad using wadmanager v1.7
