How do I update softmodded wii ver. 3.3 u?

I have a softmodded wii version 3.3u. I am using neogamma version R8 RC1 to play my games. I do not have a high speed internet connection that I can use. How do I update my wii to get it to play newer games, especially wii sports resort?

You can use a game update. Updating to anything below 4.2 should not ruin your softmods, just make sure that you don't update off these games, that have a 4.2 update:

FIFA World Cup Africa 2010
Endless Ocean 2
Super Mario Galaxy 2

Of course, you can also just install the IOS the game needs to run, without needing to update anything. If you list the games you want to play, I can give you instructions on how to install IOS.
