How to connect Wii to my TV Card?

I have a wii console. I use the RGB Cable given to connect it at the back of my TV Card. I have an S-video port, red and white port. I also have converter that allows the s-video to connect the yellow (Video) cable. I was told to use the WinTV 7 program and use the S-video or composite channel. However it says no signal. I used the wizard and nothing comes up. Does anyone know how to make it work or any other programs that can work?

My Tv Card is WinTV 1200.
