How to undo Softmod?

Is there a guide or can I request one? Im not planning on unmodding my Wii but just in case if I do want to and for others who want to make their Wii a virgin again. A small guide would be great.

For wii's on 4.1 or lower:

1) Update to 4.2

2) Done

For wii's on 4.2:

1) Uninstall IOS249/250, IOS222/223 with 'anychannel deleter'

2) Delete homebrew channel

3) Done

Hey guys, I am new to the Wii softmodding and I am also looking into undoing my softmod Wii, will deleting IOS 249/250 IOS222/223 brick my Wii using a product called AnyTitle Deleter?

Not sure if you have that issue solved but if you follow the steps on this site carefully and you will have a "new" Wii. It worked for me. I just want to contribute to the site
