No.....Your title says "How to update softmodded wii" . Waninkokos updater updates your wii system version without losing your softmod .

No.....Your title says "How to update softmodded wii" . Waninkokos updater updates your wii system version without losing your softmod .
I know thats what I want, I want to keep my softmod so I can play backups, but I also want to play them without going into the backup launcher, or is that not possible?

If you have Priiloader you can boot straight to the loader instead of the wii menu using the .dol file .

If you want to load backups from the disc channel, you can install cIOSCORP.
