I got my japanese wii semi bricked , please help.

I got my japanese wii semi bricked ny wii resort.
so It won't play new games also i can't access setting
It has wiikey 1 in it.
somebody plese help me to fix it.

Update to 4.1 from a game disc that is the same region as your console. There are:

GTI Club SuperMini Fiesta
Monster Hunter Tri
New Super Mario Bros Wii
Red Steel 2
Sin and Punishment 2 (JAP)
Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing

Updating off one of these, in your console's correct region (Not the region Sports Resort was!) should unbrick your semi-brick.
