First most is that cfg usb loader is not working anymore. It countdown to 30 and it restart my wii.

It all happens when I install ciosx rev 19 I followed the instruction then I change step 10 to ios 37 base, I followed this link and it really gives my wii a major problem.

I reinstall ios 249, change back 57 base which is should be but it is still the same.

I think the solution for this is to update my cfg.

Did you try using 38 as the base for ios249 as it is the most stable . Also since your using CFG USB Loader I think you were supposed to follow the first guide http://gwht.wikidot.com/hermes-ios222-223 to use ios222/223 for base 37 . I belive the guide you used was for loading from disc .
