ok for some dumb reason i updated my wii to 4.2 using nintendo update. It erased my homebrew channel. I used this guide to install HBC and all the other steps worked great until it was time to install the neogamma7 and it gave me a 2011 error.

http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=183064

I seen it said to use the most recent neogammar8 file but it wasnt in a wad and when I tried to add it to the apps it would start but just give me a black screen.

I have even tried using 1.5 wad installer but it just freezes.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong but have been able to mod the wii in the past. should have just looked for Larry's guide before updating. If you could help Larry i would appreciate it you have always managed to figure out my issues.

I wish i knew more about what i was doing and not just following directions then i probably could figure out the issues but i have no idea lol
