just a little help on no apps showing up in hbc, please

i was able to get the h.b.c. installed fine, but after i upgraded to ios38 none of the apps show up. i heard this was the wrong one i was suppose to use. how can i fix this? is there a tut. someone can point me to?

made a mistake, i put ios249 on instead of using 38

cIOS38 is IOS249. It is used to run backups on the Wii; it has no direct relation as to why your apps are not showing in HBC. It could simply be a case of an incompatible SD card. Try a different SD card and see it'll resolve your issue.
