kids accdently updated modded wii to 4.3u

my kids accdently updated the wii to 4.3u is there any way to restore it back to the previous mod or is there anyway to fix it i got the homebrew back but cant get usbloader working or neogamma in need of some help please

Hmm...You should follow this 4.3 Softmod Guide:

Once have completed initial softmodding, you will find many links to different apps (Including USB Loaders) listed on the page linked above that may help you get up and running again.
