Killed my softmod, need help please

Hello all,

I softmod my wii when it was 4.2 and never had any problems. Well my wife got the netflix CD and it had her update our wii to 4.3/u and now my homebrew is gone and my hack no longer works :(

PLEASE HELP!

not sure if I have to reinstall everything or not but if so where is a good easy guide with download files to help me.

Are you sure your on 4.3? Check your firmware in the wii settings menu first. The firmware will be displayed at the top-right corner of the screen.

I just recently used this guide and it was very detailed and worked with no problems. You will probably need to do everything again if it did update. I was curious though, does netflix require you to update to use their service?

I've never used netflix, but according to this page (Post #11), http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=217224
The disc only has a 4.1 update. Like I said before I really don't know much about Netflix so I assume you could install the IOS it needs to run as you would a regular wii game, but I'm not certain of anything to di with Netflix.
