Korean Wii Error 003-Different Solutions

Hi. I have a korean soft-modded, region-changed wii that is bricked with error 003, & although I have a new, original wii, I thought since I have nothing else to do I would try to fix it. I've heard from various sources different ways to fix bricked wiis, however it does not specify if they work for error 003. So I was hoping that anyone out there who knows for certain can perhaps clarify if they work for error 003, & perhaps suggest a tutorial for fixing it.

The different solutions are:
Universal Unbrick V2 Disc
Bootmii
Preloader
Priiloader
Savemiifrii Dongle
Smash Stack

Please note I wasn't able to activate any recovery mode, & a so-called mod shop couldn't either.
