little kings story locks up

i have two backups of little kings story (from different groups)both pal on a pal system. but they both lock up at the exact same place, when pancho enters the room after defeating the onii boss, it comes up with disc read error, has anyone else had this and if so did you fix it?
any help much appreiciated

They're probably from the same source with the same rip error.

The answer is to get a known working .iso
