metroid other m error has occured

Hey peeps,

I've been trying to get metroid other m to work on my wii, its 4.0e wiikey 1 with 1.99beta firmware the game was burnt on a dvd+r dl with the correct layerbreak and book type set to dvd rom, however if i put the game in my wii and go to the menu my wii freezes if i go to homebrew channel neogammer the game runs i get to the screen where it tells me to hold the wiimote horizontly then i get the message an error has occured same happens in gecko ive updated to ciosx rev20 but made no difference any advice would be great.

i've had no problems with configurable usb loader v59b2 and cIOSX_rev20 with base 57; ripped from my own store bought copy. almost an hour into it and didn't freeze at 'baby cry'.

i do have IOS80 installed, seeing that the game has the 4.3 update. not sure if that has any play in it, but safer than sorry.

what is the correct layer break
i burned it using no layer break and it works great installed to hd
but I have not got to the baby crying yet
how far into the game is this problem
also i left the disc in after i installed it and went to the system menu
and got and error that i had to restart the wii
removed the disc and the error went away with it
