mod a 4.3 wii ? sum help Please

Hello

my friend had a 3.4 soft mod wii
he did a update of sum kind now the wii
is 4.3 now stuff has disapeared and the neogamma 8
wont play games just goes blk screen

now here is my question

is it now possble to fix this in any way
( backup channel if possible ) or any other way
he can play the games

it is NOT a blk wii as i read sum stuff about blk wii been bad
its white and was originally 3.4

any help be greatfull

or can it all be done off internet ?
