My Wii does not update???

My US Wii is stuck at version 4.1u.. I have tried everything to fix it such as change the channels of my router and everything else. I even tried updating from different places such as my friends place but still with no hope. It keeps on giving me different errors with error 32007 the most common of all. What seems to be the problem. I even bought an original copy of Super mario Galaxy 2 to try to force it to update but unfortunately the game gives me a black screen instead.

Any help guyz?

Why do you want to update past 4.1? I been playing Super mario galaxy 2 and metroid other M on 4.1
Details please.

SoftMod or a Chip?
