i was trying to install the USB_Loader_GX-ULNR-r516 but it froze on me, and it didnt let me turn the wii off. So i pulled the plug, and when i put it back in it the light didnt turn on.

Why did you do that? Anytime a Wii freezes you can restart it by pressing and holding the Power button until it turns off.

Anyways,Go and unplug your Wii from the power source. unplugging BOTH the Ac adapter from both the Wii and the wall plug.

Then wait a few mins and plug them both back in. It should start up, if not then you need to check the fuses if it's ok then bricked your Wii. (Hopefully you got a backup)

I remember the same thing happened to my Wii when I tried to install the Homebrew Channel.

It just wouldn't turn on and I thought I bricked the thing, but I waited a little bit and it was completely fine.
