Need help! Wii Blackscreen!

My friend tried to make my wii run any downloaded games. He installed bootmii and Homebrew. The wii then turned off and now it won't boot. The green power led does turn on, but it wont load. Any help? I'm willing to pay via Paypal, if necessary. Thanks!

Find your "friend" and make him fix it or buy you a replacement Wii.

You can always try re-doing the softmod.

He did try to fix it, but it just wont show any screen. He claims the wii stopped working when he tried to install a program to read games from the USB port. Is there a way to fix my wii? Thanks!

There is a way to fix your wii however you have to hope that this is a semi-brick, allowing you to still access some funtionality. Plain black screen would usually indicate it's buggered.

If he installed preloader or bootmii as OS2 then made NAND backup you can fix it NP but if he didn't i recomment making this @friend@ buy you a new wii, then you can pay me to enable homebrew lol Or don't pay me, cos I will help you do it yourself and so will a lot of others.

Get a new Wii from him
