need help with soft modded 4.0 wii

just soft modded my 4.0 wii and nothing seems to work.when i go to wiiflow and start it
nothing happens just a blank screen. no program will load.(i used, wii soft mod up to 4.2 and extras)can somebody please tell me is there a way to fix this?

Start:
What did you use to mod your wii? (programs)
Are you a USA or EURO...or??

Did you start by loading BootMii, DVDX and Homebrew Channel?
What about Preloader?
