Everything perfect til the last part with the DOP-IOS MOD. I downloaded the files from the link provided and I follow it to the T

Which ISO would you like to use to install other IOSs?
Choose IOS249
Press A to continue
Go to IOSs in the list and press A
Go to IOS9 (use D-Pad left & right).
Press A to install latest version.
Press A at Are you sure you want to install IOS9 vXXXX.
Press A at Apply Sig Hash Check patch to IOS9.
It doesnt show me this step instead it shows me
Apply FakeSign patch to IOS9
yes or no
then getting IOS9 revisions v778..
then to choose either to download from NUS,
most time it freezes but I dont get the sig hash check.
I tried downloading it again but get the same thing.

Sig Hash Check and FakeSign patch are the same thing.

Are you using v11.5 or did you use the v12 Beta version when downloading DOP-IOS?

Larry, I wasn't trying to argue or bash or insult as far as my remark concerning the guide and what happens that wasn't mentioned in the guide but the OP detailed what I saw and I ONLY d/l and used the versions you mentioned to stick to the guide so I would hope to know what to expect.

Overall, I found the guide to be very helpful and I thank you for taking the time to bring it to us to use.

oh ok, after I click on it and let it do it stuff how long does it usually take. I have it hooked up to my internet which is roadrunner. Im new at this.

I did see the betas as well but as the guide told me what to use, that's exactly what I downloaded and used.

That was what I selected and hit the A button and it reported "DONE"

No error codes or issues so I guess I chose correctly.

I know my wii is the type with the nintendo-altered drives as I inserted a dvd and it refused to read it so at least I now know what I can do with it.

Good Luck with yours but I don't see you having any probs.

The downloading should not take long but it depends on the speed of your connection as well.
