Just to add to my last post, internet can be used & is required for some stuff, like instalingl ios202, ios222, ios223, but these things are not needed to play backups, & you won't need it anywhere else apart from this step (taken from the guide):
C7)If you have internet connection, select "Network install", else select "SD card", Press A.

At Wiihacks, the guys really know what they are talking about, so I guess it's not required, but it is helpful because if you ever brick having trucha-patched IOS70 means you can use discs like these: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=123708
to help you unbrick. I'm not sure why they say patch IOS53 & 55, though.
Also note in your guide under the requirements section it says "Wifi (Optional)". It should be completely safe to follow iether but have bootmii as oot 2 installed if you can and/or priiloader & have a NAND Backup.

okay guys now the system gives me 7 options which are: (cIOS 222 installer v4,)

(WAD Manager)
Which one is the one I have to pick?

Which ever seems easier to you . I used the one I posted obviously . Which ever you use follow directions , read it make sure you understand then execute . If you get stuck just let us know which step you need help with .

You'd pick DOP-IOS MOD first, but I agree with RastaDave, it's much safer & wiser to follow a tutorial, rather than try to do it yourself. I just want to write also that install bootmii as boot2 if possible and make sure you take a NAND Backup & install priiloader for the best & most essential wii brick protection.
