Need replacement drive, What chipset do I have?

My drive is shot. I tried adjusting the pot with no luck. I need to replace my drive. How do I find out what chipset I have so I know what drive to get? or does it matter?

It only matters if you already have a modchip and need to have a specific drive chipset that will work with that modchip.

Might be cheaper to replace the laser if it is a laser issue.
