Ok so I'm new to all of this (wii modding) and I am yet to get a game working on my softmodded wii. I have spent hours researching this and haven't been able to come close to a solution...

I'm trying to get Mario Kart working, i've tried burning it to a dvd (verbatim dvd-r) when I tried running the game I would get to the wrist strap warning then the screen would just go black. So I remembered how I might not be able to play games off of dvds because my system is new - So I gave it a go with WBFS manager and I copied the game to a micro sd card that I used with a USB card reader - Same result.
I haven't tried messing around with the Neogamma config yet, mainly because I have no idea what I am doing. I haven't tried another wii ISO yet mainly because I am lazy and I doubt that there is anything with my USA copy...
