HI, I have installed Vr4.2 wiibrew, and Neogamma V7-Ios249. The problem is, I cannot load any games from DVD (Read error 1101). I tried from USB-States will try to mount 28 times.... then main menu. From SD card, will not even try it. Any idea what is going on, or what to do? Need it for Wii and GC games. This is really stressing!
Thx

Just to piggy-back off fiber32's post: You can use W.i.U to patch the ISO to your corresponding region. Afterwards, patch the update as well to remove system update prompts from the ISOs (if present) before burning them. That way you alleviate the problem of inadvertently bricking your system. Have fun!

cMIOS V8 can be downloaded here. You can just install the WAD file using WAD Manager.

All of you have been so helpful-thank you! 2 questions, is there a way to convert from pal to ntsc? If the wii does brick, is there a way to unbrick it?
Thx again

For your first question, please see quote from my previous post above. For your second question, there is the NTSC Semi-brick fix disc that has been out in a while. The image file that can be burned onto a DVD is exclusively for NTSC sytstems. If you patch ISO updates you shouldn't have to worry about potential brick caused by inadvertent updates from a game outside your region.

Hello, i tried the wiu region and update patch/converter. For some reason, the game is still in black and white. Did I do something wrong? I am trying to convert from pal to ntsc.
Thx for the help!
