Ok I know theres a ton of guides about getting this to work but I can't seem to get this to work.
I've tried installing cIOS file that gbatemp guides state but I keep getting errors that I need a different IOS file, so I go to get that one, error, need another... I'm lost.

So basically I installed HBC, tried installing cIOS36 rev10, cIOS38 rev15, cIOS38 rev7, and whatever the 249 thing was... I think that one was supposed to be covered by one of those cIOS files.

I'm good with hardware but software I'm not to great at.

So basically it seems to me theres always pre-requisites needed to install each cIOS or something. It will always successfully load from SD card, but error on the second part stating I need another cIOS or IOS and then it states success at the bottom but it never works.

So basically what I'm hoping for is step by step instructions on installing neogammar7 from scratch, no cIOS's installed as they have all failed and I don't have wireless net to use wad managers to DL direct to wii. I need to be able to load directly from SD.

Sorry for yet another user posting for help on this, but I've honestly researched, found stuff but can't get anything to work so this is my last ditch option.
Also I'm running NTSC console with 4.0u firmware and wiikey2 with HBC installed.
