I am going to buy a wii, and would like to play my backups off an external HD, ive seen a video of wiiFlow, and would like to use that to browse the games.
My question is, are the new wiis moddable? ad where should i go to find info on how tog et this done? thanks, I'm not new to modding at all, jsut to the wii.

I don't think new wiis can be modded.

I've modded a new wii with a D2Pro9 chip. Although it took me a while because it chip on the wii is covered in epoxy...I started with light flame, but chemical removal what the best.

A Wasabi DX or Drivekey will do the job without the need for removing the ePOXY resin.
