i was reading that new super mario bros for the wii is coming out soon,now it is realesed in america on the 15th of november anyone any idea when it will be released in europe. olso if i bought it online from america will it work on my wii in ireland which i bought in ireland.

The release date in Europe is November 27. Common sense tells me that if you possess a PAL Wii system, you can only run PAL standard released games on it.

Most games can be run out-of-region if you have a console with a modchip and/or homebrew channel. That is just 'most' though. Not all. Since the PAL release is not even 2 weeks later I would just wait.

If you have to ask then you obviously dont have your wii set up for it, and it's not worth the effort for that short of an advance on the game. Particularly when there's no guarantee it'll even work.
