A few people online have posted that they have bought new Wiis with 4.3 stk . Is this true ?

Dave i just got back from best buy, bought a brand new black wii, in the united states, it has version 4.2U, also i have a question, this guide http://www.hyrule.net/forum/index.php?/t..._0&#entry259029
will that work on a 4.2U version console? sicne that was written by an australian and jsut says 4.2 not 4.2U, thank you
