through some very good info i have installed a hard drive which is working fine, several games have been installed using wiiflow but i am struggling to get wiiflow installed properly, i have read and read until my eyes are now bloodshot, could you please tell me how to install wiiflow fully, i have on the main screen wiiflow twice and usloader gx twice including homebrew and the crap channels forcast/ news channels i have on the sd card under apps hb browser/dop-ios mod/cios222.rev4-installer/signcheck0.3a/usbloader gx/wad manager 1.5/wiiflow r25.222/wiiflow r25.249 through wad manager i used forwarder on wiiflow 249 and done the same with usbloadergx both work but i can see they are basically installed, i would like to install this properly and hopefully delete the crap channels so can you advise how i can take out these programs and install wiifow properly, i do not want to play about with the settings etc just to use it as a working wii with hard drive last of all which programs is worth leaving on the sd card as i keep getting error-1 through wad manager when i try to install through the hard drive this is only the second time i have asked for novice advice, i do read all the time but now i am stuck all you great advice will be truly greatfull
thank you for your reply i have a 4.2e as explained i have most of it working but not how i would like it and no idea how to? without doing something bad, i have set-up and working a lacie 320 usb hd formatted with wbfs when i use wiiflow at the moment all i can do is use one of the two wiiflow screens also the same usbloadergx, after reading i installed both through the forwarder and the other way, i know this is why i have both showing but i do not know which to remove nor do i know if i remove both i will mess up the hd and the programs installed, i have been reading about any game deleter but have been warned off due to i could make the working wii (not) now if i could get some easy directions how to delete what i have done wrong and install what i would like on the wii i will be very happy and leave it like that
wiiflow all and to remove the weather and news channels, i have been looking on youtube for instructions but been warned off again with most stating if i do it this way i will brick the Wii
First off go to the Wii Settings>Data Management>Channels and delete all WiiFlow and GX channels you have installed.
Now go to the 4.2 Firmware Softmod Guide - All Systems Except For Korean guide in my sig and follow it.
After that follow the Guide: Configurable USB Loader using FAT32 Partition (NO WBFS PARTITION NEEDED) guide in my sig.
You can't delete the News and Weather channel. If you don't want them on the main screen then just move them to another page by hovering over the channel press B first then Press A holding both down and drag the channel to the right so you can place it on a page that is out of site.
