ntsc(J) wii black screen after pressing start

I recently acquired Sin and Punishment 2 (NTSC)J and burned the ISO
with nero burning rom. After putting the disc into my wii I can see the game come on the channel and can see the opening title after pressing the game channel. Then I only get a black screen after I press start. My wii stays on but my Wii remote isn't connected anymore.

My wii is NTSC J also and was sent back to taiwan to get modded again after the USA release of Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
My wii can play burnt Mario Kart Wii and SSBB both in NTSC(J).

Any help guys?
