ok i can play ntsc back ups, on my wii, i can also get PAL back ups to work, with the homebrew channel, by using ether game load app, or gecko. the prob is as soon as the PAL back loads, the screen starts flashing, then the game looks, like i have really bad analogue cable, what i mean is it gets static y, and the screen starts going from bottom of the screen to the top really fast just like the old tv's and you had to hit them, or move the bunny ears to get signal again. do i need to play with the settings in gecko. i can see the game poorly and if i press buttons i can start the game but it looks like i described above. please help
i tried to forcentsc with Gecko 1.9.3.1, and gecko os 1.07, and gameload. each time the screan would turn green and freeze.
i also tried loading the wii with bootmii configuration editor. in pal50, pal60, and ntsc still would not work any body have any more ideas.
i orderd a tri screw driver to see what king of mod chip i have in my wii couse i dont no. maybe i need to up grade the soft ware im running 4.2u om my wii
Not all PAL games will work on NTSC. If your getting the green screen when forcing NTSC then it is probably incompatible. Get the NTSC version of the game or try using component cables instead of the normal composite cables that hook to the TV.
ok i ordered, & received my new component cable. well the, PAL game, sim city creator looks really really clear, but the screen still goes from top to bottom. but its not blurry @ all. i can load the game, here the sound. but it moves really fast from top to bottom. please help.
