If you want to play gamecube backups, try using the "Gamecube Operating System: Multigame Edition" disc. This is a great disc that allow you to load gc games.

1) Insert the disc
2) It will load from the disc channel.
3) When loaded, a menu will appear
4) Click "Boot DVD"
5) Eject the GCOS DVD & insert your backup
6) Select which game you want to play!

It can be found here: http://www.maxconsole.net/attachment.php...23&d=1173393650

Open the "Bootable Isos" file & burn the iso image you find the the file that has your region on it. For Windows burn using Imgburn to
DVD-R at the slowest speed possible. For Mac OSX, use Disk Utility & burn at the slowest speed possible.

It's probably because you're on 4.2 . Try this package: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GHS6EKC8
, & follow these instructions: http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-guides...s-your-wii.html

Thanks! Got the game to load but it came up in black and white for some reason, but im sure i can figure that out , it was a pokemon Colosseum game. I burnt another game on the disc with it so maybe that was the problem but I'll check in to tomorrow.
Thanks for all your help!

Try forcing your region when you boot the game.

I'm really running out of answers here, my only guess would be this (taken from the instructables website):

Question: "I play a game and it's black and white with flashing bars"
Answer: "You're playing a game that has a different region than your Wii, or a different region than your tv. "

That's my guess, try playing games that are to your tv's region. If you're having trouble finding gamecube games, try this website:

i found a solution i use neogamma wii and gc rev19 launcher channel. all i did was in the region settings i went to force video and set it to ntsc480i i figure just set it to whatever it should be for your system after that my donkey kong that once was black and white is now in color.
