Playing PAL backups on NTSC system

im still new at this but i got a 4.2u soft modded...question i have is i have tried to get some PAL backups to work on my system..i am using configurable usb loader..and when i load up the games i either get a black screen with sound or i get a black and white picture and sound...is there a setting i have to change to be able to make this work? Just would like to be able to play these PAL backups that i do have..thanks in advance

You need to change the settings on the game to force NTSC. If you press the 1 button on the wiimote when a game is selected it will bring up the options menu.

I tried this method with Link's Crossbow Training and it did not work. I have a 4.1 softmod and used Configurable USB Loader.

There are a few games that just refuse to work on out-of-region consoles. I know zelda twilight princess is one of those games, so crossbow training might be one as well. Get a copy of the game from the proper region.
