priiloader cant access homebrew chan

hi
i have modded both my kids wiis but when i loaded priiloader by holding reset and powering up . on one it i can acces the homebrew channel but on the other it gives an error saying its not installed the only difference is on the one that dont boot i let it update the homebrew channel after mod was completed,
the other thing i have is when i tried bootmii from the homebrew channel on both all i get is ablack screen and the disc drive keeps flashing blue light
any ideas?

its a 4.2e and v.03 prilloader

i have now updated priiloader to v.4 and still the same any ideas
