Problem loading/installing Homebrew Browser

I'm trying to install homebrew browser on my wii, but when I do from the SD I get the following message

Attempting to mount USB device...Unable to be mounted (I have no USB device)
Atempting to mount SD card...Could not write to SD:/. Size 0 didn't match expected size.

Does this mean anything to anyone?

I have boot.dol on the SD card in dir apps/homebrew_browser/

Trying to install via Homebrew,i.e. enter Homebrew from wii menu and locate Homebrew Browser in Homebrow menu. Then Load Browser. It then tells me it will install homebrew browser, then I get the message I posted above.

fix the card with windows. chkdsk /f ;)

Replace the boot.dol file wit this one.
