I have follow the full hacking guide for 4.2 system menus(from wiihacks.com) and I was able to install cfg loader also, but I did a mistake installing the priiloader and forget to set "don't allow disc update" , so after I was running and playing from the external hard drive an original game was play from the DVD and I couldn't play anymore game from the hard drive. So I tried to reistall everything but the guide is not usefull anymore even I have unistall the ios249 I could not reinstall it again, and the priiloader is not working anymore. What should I do to install it again ?
If the disc updated or you updated using the network and it went to 4.3 the softmod was deleted. So first off check and see what system menu your are on now.
I did try redoing the 4.2 softmod guide again, I have reinstall the homebrew, DVDx and Bootmi as IOS , then tried several time to remove the ios 249 until at once allow me to remove it, but in that moment I didn't install the ios249 because the guide doesn't say anything about installing just uninstall the ios249, so after that I have tried several way to the other steps without success, so I tried to do some of the installation of ios249 (gave an error) and ios 222 and 223 using the wad manager, by doing this the priloader stop working, so I'm stock in here. Ahh now also doesn't allow me to run that removed the ios249 and install it
Thanks everybody, I have solved the issue, After I have play several times with an original 4.2u game everything came to virgin state and I was able to repeat the steps from the guide. I'm already playing from the hard drive.
