After i have put the ocarina folder under the app folder in my sd card, I tried to run it from hbc, but an error msg pops up "This is not a valid wii application." what am i doing wrong?

Make sure the file is renamed to boot.dol.

it is, that's why i dont get what could be wrong, i am able to use wad manager, and neogamma r7.
is there a chance i might not install hbc right?
