Problems installing custom IOS37

I am trying to install custom IOS37 with IOS37 rev7 dip as IOS 232.

I'm doing this for the wife because I'm a computer geek, but she likes consoles. This Ios should get the Rock Band drum working even when loading something with Neogamma.

Trouble is, I can't install this ios.

I'm of fw 3.4E and the ios version is currently 36 v12.18, according to the Homebrew channel.

When I try to install the new Ios, I strictly follow the final part of this guide:

cIos Installer gives an error at the end of the process though.

Here are the final lines cIos installer gives:

I'm not a big expert on this soft modding, all stuff I did up to now (installing homebrew and 249) was done following tutorials.
